About triennal exhibition in rome 2021
The fourth edition of the Triennial Exhibition of Visual Arts in Rome entitled Global Change, Twenties opens on Friday 11 June. The exhibition, divided into five exhibition venues, will investigate the global changes of the last twenty years
Rome restarts with the fourth edition of the Triennial of Visual Arts which will take place starting from 11 June 2021. Supported by the Start Group, an organization that deals with publishing and international art exhibitions, with the moral patronage of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage ( with regard to the exhibition at the Angelica Library Gallery) in this edition over two hundred Italian artists will participate with three hundred works exhibited in five exhibition spaces: Galleria del Cembalo – Palazzo Borgese (Largo Fontanella Borghese 19), Palazzo della Cancelleria (Piazza della Cancelleria 1), Gallery of the Angelica Library (Piazza di S. Agostino 8) Palazzo Velli-Expò (Piazza di Sant’Egidio 10) Medina Rome Art Gallery (Via Angelo Poliziano 32-34-36). The exhibition, whose artistic direction was defined by Gianni Dunil – former Artistic Director of the Venice Biennale of Art 2018 for Foreign Pavilions – and Mario Bernardinello, boasts in each of its editions authoritative participation by critics and art historians who have given testimony of it. From Achille Bonito Oliva to Vittorio Sgarbi up to Philippe Daverio who in the 2014 edition declared that “the merit of the Roman event is to involve many artists, promoting the development of Italian art”.
